Anna grew up competing in moguls and loves spending time with the kids on the mountain while passing down the love for skiing to the younger generation.

Dustin Hinde, Team Gravity (Devo Team)

Dustin Hinde is a ski coach for the 1st and 2nd grade Gravity Program. He was born in Salt Lake City and moved to Telluride when he was 9 years old. Dustin first skied when he was 5 years old, and at the age of 12 he transitioned to snowboarding. At that stage of Dustin’s life, snowboarding resonated with him more than skiing. He started off spending a lot of time in the park, then big mountain and eventually spent his time snowboarding in the slackcountry, sidecountry, and backcountry. Dustin had a couple years of dabbling in the thigh burn of telemark skiing in that mix. In 2008, he returned to alpine skiing.

Currently, Dustin loves sharing his time on the mountain – skiing, snowboarding and backcountry splitboarding. Then last year, Dustin coached a great group of 1st grade rippers, including his own son Thatcher. He’s very grateful to have this opportunity to explore this amazing mountain, while fine tuning kids’ skills and having a blast doing so.

After graduation James accepted a job at TSSC in 2006/2007 and was the assistant coach for the Park. He has coached Hoot Brown, Hanna Smith, Lane Smith, Cody Ward and Gus Kenworthy. Afterwards, James spent the next couple years at Woodward at Copper Mountain under Feebe Mills and continued coaching the competition team which included Gus Kenworthy. James coached competitive teams in Mammoth Mountain Unbound for 2 seasons, Mt. Hood Meadows Park Team for a season and Team Monarch’s IFSA teams with Tiania Adams for last 3 seasons. His passion is to mentor junior athletes with focus on fun and safe progression, on the mountain and in the park! Willi grew up in Austria and while never a very good racer, he loved powder and the backcountry and got into freeride/big mountain skiing.  Willi left college to find a ski resort and teach skiing, working in France, Canada, Australia.  He finally moved to the US where he got a job as a ski instructor in Beaver Creek.  While there, he switched from Big Mountain Competition to Powder 8s and won the US National Championship 3x and skied in the Last World Powder8s, placing 2nd.  Willi finally moved to Telluride in 2009 and has been living here since with his wife and 3 kids.
